As BAI Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., we process your personal data collected through the Baseline application in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related regulations. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Collected Data
The following personal data is collected to provide our services: Identity Information (name, surname, username, date of birth), Contact Information (email address, phone number), Location Information (city/district only — precise location is not collected), Payment Information (payments are processed via iyzico infrastructure; card details are never stored on Baseline servers), Usage Data (reservation and lesson history, app usage statistics), Guardian Information (legal guardian email and phone for users under 18).
2. Purpose of Data Use
Collected data is used solely for the following purposes: Providing reservation and lesson management services, creating and managing user accounts, managing parental/guardian consent for users under 18, processing payments, sending notifications and reminders, responding to support requests, fulfilling legal obligations.
3. Third Party Sharing
Your personal data is shared with iyzico for the purpose of processing payments. iyzico is a PCI DSS compliant payment infrastructure provider. Your data is not shared with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes. Sharing with authorized institutions may occur in cases of legal obligation.
4. Data Security
Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption methods. Payment information is never stored on Baseline servers under any circumstances. Guardian consent records are retained for 3 years as required by KVKK. In the event of a security breach affecting data security, notification will be made within the legally required timeframes.
5. Notification Preferences
You can enable or disable push notifications, email and SMS notifications at any time from the Settings menu within the app.
6. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights: To learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately, to learn the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request deletion or destruction, to object to a result that arises against you as a result of analysis through automated systems.
