Account Deletion Request

To delete your account in the Baseline app, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to Profile Tab
Open the app and navigate to the Profile tab from the bottom menu.
Step 2: Settings
On the Profile page, tap the Settings button.
Step 3: Select Delete Account
From the Settings menu, select Delete Account.
Step 4: Verification Code
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 5: Enter the Code
Enter the code in the relevant field within the app.
Step 6: Account Deleted
Once the code is verified, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Data Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed: name, surname, username, email, phone number, reservation history, lesson history, profile photo, gallery images.
Retained Data
Parental consent records are retained for 3 years as required by KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).
