Terms of Service

By downloading and using the Baseline application, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms of use. These terms govern the service relationship between BAI Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. and you.
1. Scope of Service
Baseline is an intermediary platform that facilitates court reservations and coach lesson requests between tennis clubs and users. The platform brings clubs, coaches, and users together but is not directly responsible for the quality of services provided.
2. Account Creation and Responsibility
All information entered during registration must be accurate and up to date. You are responsible for the security of your account and all transactions carried out through your account. We strongly recommend that you do not share your account credentials with third parties.
3. Under-18 Users and Parental Consent
Users under the age of 18 may only register on the Baseline platform with the consent of their legal representatives. During registration, the user's date of birth is collected and age is verified. Guardian email address and phone number are required for users under 18. A 6-digit verification code is sent to the guardian's email address; the code is valid for 5 minutes. The account is not activated until the verification code is confirmed. Records related to parental consent are retained for 3 years pursuant to KVKK Article 5 and the Turkish Civil Code and may be used for legal proof purposes. For online payments, users under 18 declare that the payment is made by their legal representative; this declaration is stored together with the payment record.
4. Prohibited Use
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: Creating fake reservations or abusing the system, causing harm to clubs, coaches, or other users with misleading information, attempts to damage the technical infrastructure of the platform, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, using the application for illegal purposes. If behavior contrary to these rules is detected, your account may be suspended or permanently closed without warning.
5. Club and Coach Responsibilities
Clubs and coaches are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of the services they provide. Baseline is not in the position of guarantor for these services. Clubs and coaches accept and undertake that the information they share on the platform is current and accurate.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, software and content belonging to the Baseline application are the property of BAI Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. Unauthorized copying, distribution or modification is prohibited.
7. Liability Limitation
Baseline cannot be held responsible for indirect damages arising from service disruptions, reservation cancellations or possible dissatisfaction caused by clubs or coaches. In the event that the platform is temporarily out of service for technical reasons, Baseline shows maximum care but does not provide a full continuity guarantee.
8. Changes to Terms
BAI Teknoloji reserves the right to update these terms with prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after the updated terms are published in the application means that you accept the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
