Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following rules apply to reservation and lesson cancellations made through the Baseline platform. Please read this policy carefully before creating your reservation.
1. Court Reservation Cancellations
If you cancel your court reservation at least 10 hours before the start time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 10 hours before the start time are not eligible for a refund. For cancellations made by the club, you will receive a full refund regardless of the cancellation time.
2. Lesson Reservation Cancellations
If you cancel your lesson reservation at least 10 hours before the lesson time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 10 hours before the start time are not eligible for a refund. When the coach rejects the request or the coach cancels, you will receive a full refund regardless of the conditions.
3. Cash Payment Reservations
The refund process does not apply to reservations created with the cash payment option. You can cancel your cash reservations at any time; no fee is charged.
4. Refund Amount
No commission or deduction is applied in refund transactions. The refund amount is the full amount you paid. Payment provider iyzico does not charge commission on refund transactions.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed through iyzico infrastructure. Refunds for credit card payments are reflected in your account within 1-3 business days, and for bank/debit card payments within 7-14 business days. This period may vary depending on your bank; Baseline does not have direct control over this period.
6. Cancellation Request
You can make cancellation requests from within the app. If you experience a technical problem, you can contact our support team at info@baseline.com.tr.
