Payment Policy

All online payment transactions on Baseline are processed through iyzico, a PCI DSS compliant secure payment infrastructure. Your card details are never stored on Baseline servers under any circumstances.

1. Supported Payment Methods

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bank/Debit Card, Cash Payment (may be active depending on the club's preference). The availability of the cash payment option varies from club to club. Cash payments are made directly at the club on the reservation or lesson date.

2. Payment for Under-18 Users

Users under the age of 18 must first complete parental/guardian consent in order to make online payments. The declaration "This payment is made by my legal representative" is mandatory on the payment screen. This declaration is stored together with the transaction record for 3 years under KVKK. Users under 18 who have not completed parental consent cannot initiate payment transactions.

3. Payment Security

All online payment transactions are protected with SSL/TLS encryption. Your card details are processed on iyzico's secure servers in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Baseline cannot access your card number, expiry date or CVV information under any circumstances.

4. iyzico Transaction Commission

Online payments are processed through iyzico payment infrastructure. iyzico applies a transaction commission and a fixed transaction fee to the merchant for each successful transaction. This commission is not passed on to the user; it is covered by the platform.

5. Platform Service Fee

Baseline charges a 1% platform service fee from online payments made through clubs. This amount is not passed on to the user; it is automatically deducted from the club payment.

6. Payment Confirmation and Reservation Finalization

Online payments are processed instantly. After your payment is successfully completed, your reservation or lesson request is confirmed and you receive a notification through the app. The reservation is not finalized until the payment transaction is completed.

7. Failed Payments

If your payment transaction fails, no amount will be deducted from your account. Temporary blocks appearing on your card are automatically removed by your bank; this process may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank.

8. Refund Transactions

Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for refund conditions. Approved refunds are processed in full through iyzico infrastructure. iyzico does not apply any commission or deduction on refund transactions; the full amount you paid is refunded.

9. Invoice and Receipt

The receipt for your successful payments can be viewed through the app. For invoice requests, please write to info@baseline.com.tr.

10. Payment Issues

If you experience any problems during the payment process, you can contact our support team at info@baseline.com.tr. Your request will be answered within 1 business day at the latest.
